At Curate Your Day you choose the type of day you want to curate for yourself. Each day comes with three activies to motivate you though the day. Starting with morning affirmations to set the tone of the day, a lunch time meditation to reinforce your good vibrations and finaly a sleep time meditation to help you drift off to a peaceful sleep.
You can choose a different day every day or repeat a day until you really feel it sink in.
